Hi, I’m Baldeep Kaur, the artist behind Stoned Creations, a humble, passionate creator weaving sustainability into one-of-a-kind unique art pieces, a creative process that begins in nature. I spend time gathering natural materials like wood branches, flowers, mushrooms, pine cones, dry flowers, leaves, roots, and other unique foliage. The collection itself is a mindful process. I strive to source sustainably, taking only what nature has already shed, so that my art does not detract from the ecosystems I hold dear. From here, each element is cleaned and meticulously prepared—a labor-intensive process that allows me to build a personal connection with every material I use. I believe this care is reflected in my pieces, which embody both the rawness of their natural origins and the thoughtful attention of human craftsmanship.

My journey into the world of art began amidst adversity. In 2018, I faced a heart attack, followed by a battle with cancer in 2019, and then navigating through the challenges of COVID-19 in 2020. It was during my chemotherapy sessions that I discovered the therapeutic power of creating art. Amidst the uncertainty and pain, art became my solace, providing me with a sense of purpose and healing.
Since then, I have dedicated myself to my craft, channeling my experiences and emotions into each piece I create. My art serves as a testament to resilience, hope, and the transformative power of creativity. Through my work, I aim to share my journey of overcoming adversity and inspire others to find beauty and strength in the midst of life’s challenges.

My artistic process is rooted in the outdoors. I spend countless hours wandering through natural landscapes, thoughtfully picking up what nature leaves behind—branches, pine cones, blossoms, mushrooms, roots, and foliage. Sustainability is at the core of everything I do; I collect only what has naturally fallen, ensuring that my work celebrates nature without disturbing it. Each material is gently cleaned and prepared by hand, allowing me to form a connection with every single component before it finds its home in my art.
Every creation from Stoned Creations is handcrafted with intention—miniature worlds and dioramas that capture intimate moments, imagined places, or special memories. I love collaborating on commissions, transforming your treasured stories and dreams into detailed, meaningful miniature artworks.
